Many of today's web sites are employing new
multimedia technologies, such as Macromedia's
Flash, to achieve much more than is possible with
static HTML pages.
Sites designed using Flash can be more dynamic,
engaging, interactive and quick to load, utilising
sound and movement to create a cinema-like experience.
Although more time-consuming to build. Flash sites
can look staggering and perform in ways that static
sites could never do.
With 98% or Internet users being able to view
Flash content Flash sites are also less browser
dependent, allowing for more inventive ways of
displaying content and navigation.
